I was having the same issue as everyone else, though i'd already been using the internet minutes before, did something else came back and got this error, i search this answer on my partners computer which was hooked up to the same router, so i knew there was no issue there, tried out Badasskick's solution, and it worked a treat, for some reason my IE had decided to change its settings, not sure what i did to make that happen, but so glad its resolved.
